Automatically pre-fills extruded lineals

• Inserts ULTRAFAB's patented Roll-Loc® weatherseal into vinyl sash and frame lineals during the extrusion process
• Operates mechanically without electrical power or compressed air
• Mounts directly in line with the extruder and will not affect line speed
• Also available on a "swing-away" mounting bracket

• Enables extruders to ship pre-filled lineals to fabricators with minimal additional labor
• Roll-Loc® weatherseal can be used; it has two special legs on the backing which provide permanent slip-free locking in the T-slot
• Roll-In machine can accomodate up to three roll in wheels to fill three T-slots without modifying the equipment
• Custom configuration is available which can fill up to eight T-slots and can accomodate extra large profiles
• Reel stands are available at an additional cost
