- Ultra-Grip® products have a series of perpendicular offsetting legs on the backing which hold the pile or profile tightly in the retention area
- No possibility of off-center pile that binds, breaks or stretches in an extrusion
- ULTRAFAB's unique ultrasonic welding process assembles the fin, fibers and backing into an integrated, unified assembly that won't break apart during fabrication or while in use
- Ultra-Grip®'s patented design can be inserted using ULTRAFAB's patented automation equipment which can be used by either fabricators or extruders
- Product holds in place during cutting, welding and related fabrication operations. No slipping occurs improving manufacturing quality and efficiency
