Pro-Lon™ is a urethane foam seal that stands up to temperature and time better than any other seal.

Resistance to compression set - the ability to spring back into shape after being squeezed over and over again. It is the single most important factor in distinguishing sealing performance.

All doors move. When the weather gets warm, all doors expand. When it gets cold, doors contract. Expansion puts an extreme compressive load on a door seal. Contraction can remove a door from contact with the seal.

Por-Lon™ door seal are designed and field proven to move with a door, through expansion and contraction. Pro-Lon will take severe compression and then rebound into its original size and shape. It accommodates as much as 5/16" / 7.94mm movement of a door away from a seal.
