Worry free service is just another way that ULTRAFAB INC. adds value to its already high quality products and service. Our account managers will work directly with your purchasing department to analyze past purchases and determine a Worry Free Service inventory plan that best fits your changing production needs.

This Worry Free Service includes an inventory plan consisting of a min/max inventory for each of your most commonly used parts. Once this Worry Free Service inventory plan is put into place, product will be made and ready to ship within the min/max quantities. You can place your orders without worrying when your product will ship.

Customer ABC places an order for 100,000 ft of a .187" wide x .250" high, soft touch center fin, white pile weather-stripping and is not in the Worry Free Service program. Lead time could be as long as 3 weeks before the product is manufactured and delivered.

Customer XYZ places an order for 100,000 ft of the same product but they are already in the Worry Free service inventory plan program. Their order is shipped within three days because their product was in the warehouse prior to their order and more of the same product is scheduled immediately to maintain the establish the min/max levels.
