We are seeking a personable, self-motivated  Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator that has current experience in a manufacturing, industrial environment. The Sales & Marketing Specialist Support Coordinator will act as a liaison between the sales management team and marketing initiatives. The Support Coordinator will also be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development and analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our company.


  • Coordinate and support Sales Managers needs for sales and marketing tools
  • Develop marketing strategies for new and current product, including company
    websites and social media while working closely with the sales team, Engineers
    and Technicians, on program development and implementation
  • Manage and coordinate Ultrafab messaging, including website working with external web/marketing firm and internal Sales Management
  • Manages, coordinates, writes and reviews content for all Ultrafab’s sales
    literature including print, electronic publications, social media, reports, news
    stories, newsletters, event listings, and advertising related to current and future
  • Promote the Ultrafab brand and create sustained product and services
  • Coordinate all required marketing programs and related functions to support
    and sustain company growth and the successful launch of new products and
  • Manage all aspects related to all trade shows Ultrafab wishes to
    attend, from planning, coordinating, execution and follow through
  • Research and analyze markets and market trends, and work with Sales
    Managers to create strategic sales plans and appropriate responses. Provide
    recommendations to Management based on those findings.
  • Key user, developer and manipulator of CRM software platform used at Ultrafab
  • Coordinate various aspects of Global programs as assigned by the President
  • With guidance from Sales Managers assist with quoting as requested
  • Respects & supports the company’s policies and safeguards it’s assets, intellectual & physical
  • Develops positive working relationships with all sales personnel, Product Development Engineers, Technicians, internal and external customers
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
  • Perform other related tasks as required

Education and/ or Experience:

  • AS or BS degree in Business or Marketing preferred with 3-5 years of experience
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience in researching markets and developing plans to increase sales
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Managing all aspects of trade shows
  • CRM software programs
  • Experience being the primary contact for web site either internal or third party
  • Primary contact for company web site – internal or third party
  • Industrial sales experience a plus; including working with manufacturers’
  • Technical writing and the development of technical sales sheets
  • Experience in developing product costing and pricing programs
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office software


Requires candidate to regularly sit, stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and
talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth
perception, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is
occasionally loud.
