Job Function

Coordinates and Plans with multiple functions, primarily with Department Managers, Production Groups, Customers, Suppliers, and Quality Systems. Participates in ISO activities and maintains documentation in Powerway system. Support all manufacturing and quality documentation/systems initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinates corrective action/non-conformance activities
  • Maintains quality systems audit schedule and audit documentation within Powerway
  • Coordinates the Internal auditor training
  • Works with Managers to develop quality management documentation (all three plants)
  • Maintains Powerway systems (Document management vault)
  • Maintains management review metrics and minutes
  • Perform statistical analysis and data analysis.
  • Reviews and reports on quality returns
  • Coordinates and supports development/implementation of quality practices
  • Inspect products on manufacturing line for flaws or defects.
  • Support all departments/divisions
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and / or Experience

  • Minimum of two-year degree with quality system experience (QS/ISO or equivalent)
  • 2-4 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Powerway required
  • ISO Auditor trained 9001:2015

Physical Demands / Work Environment

While performing the requirements of this job, the person is required to sit, stand, use hands, reach, and verbally communicate on regular basis. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus are required. Noise level in work environment is frequently loud
