Coordinates and Plans with multiple functions, primarily with Department Managers, Production Groups, Customers, Suppliers, and Quality Systems. Participates in ISO activities and maintains documentation in Powerway system. Support all manufacturing and quality documentation/systems initiatives.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment and processes utilized in the production of quality weather stripping for customers in the window and door manufacturing industry. The position requires the associate to work on 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday to Friday.
